I have been searching for a company to produce my artwork on ceramic ornaments for while now, and discovered ACP on an Instagram post so thought I'd give them a go. So pleased I did, I couldnt be more pleased with the discs. The quality is excellent, with clear and sharp printed images placed in exactly the area of the disc that I had requested. They were well packaged and delivery was super fast. I will be getting more printed in the future. Thank you for an excellent service.
I placed another order with the Art Coaster Company and noticed that this time the coasters are thinner and not as robust as previously ordered. I was disappointed with my order this time which is sad.
Hi Lucinda, thank you for your feedback. You however ordered a totally different type of coaster to what you normally get, these are a cheaper coaster that was introduced recently but the 9cm lighter back coaster that you normally get is the same thickness that it has always been these are a totally different product, sorry you werent happy with them but thats why we offer a choice and always recommend people try a single product when trying something new for the first time.
