Step 1: Choose Your Product

Browse our range of coasters, mugs, and gift items. Each product page shows specifications and pricing to help you plan your merchandise range.

Step 2: Prepare Your Artwork

File format: High-resolution JPG, PNG, or PDF
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for best print quality
Colour mode: RGB for vibrant colours
Size: Check individual product pages for exact dimensions — contact us if anything is unclear
Bleed: Include 2–3mm bleed around edges where applicable

Step 3: Upload Your Design

Select your chosen product and quantity
Use the file upload option to attach your design (one image per upload)
Please note the product thumbnail does not update to your image.
Add any special instructions in the order notes at checkout or in the details area
Click "Add to Cart" — repeat for additional designs

Step 4: Review & Place Your Order

Double-check your design files are attached (Please note the product preview does not update)
Confirm quantities and product specifications
Complete payment securely through our checkout
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately

Step 5: Track Your Order

Via Email: Order confirmation sent immediately, plus a dispatch notification with tracking number when shipped.

Via Your Account: Log in at the top right of our website → click "Orders" → select any order to view status, tracking, and download invoices.

Step 6: Receive & Sell

Your products arrive ready to sell — professionally printed, carefully packaged, and quality-checked. Start selling to your customers with confidence.
