How to Order Custom Printed Products - Artist Guide

Step 1: Choose Your Product

Browse our range of coasters, mugs, and gift items. Each product page shows specifications and pricing  to help you plan your merchandise range.

Step 2: Prepare Your Artwork

  • File format: High-resolution JPG, PNG, or PDF (we can handle most file formats)
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for best print quality
  • Colour mode: RGB for vibrant colours
  • Size: Check individual product pages for exact dimensions, ask if it is missing :)
  • Bleed: Include 2-3mm bleed around edges where applicable

Step 3: Upload Your Design

  1. Select your chosen product and quantity
  2. Use the file upload option to attach your design image(only 1 image per upload)
  3. Add any special instructions in the details box or order notes at checkout
  4. Click "Add to Cart"
  5. Repeat for extra designs for the product

Step 4: Review & Place Your Order

  • Double-check your design files are attached
  • Confirm quantities and product specifications
  • Complete payment securely through our checkout
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately

Step 5: Track Your Order

Via Email:

  • Order confirmation sent immediately
  • Dispatch notification with tracking number when shipped

Via Your Account:

  1. Log into your account at the top right of our website
  2. Click "Orders" to view all your orders
  3. Click on any order to see detailed status and tracking information
  4. Download invoices for your records

Step 6: Receive & Sell

Your products arrive ready to sell—professionally printed, carefully packaged, and quality-checked. Start selling to your customers with confidence!
