Postage Options have been Updated!!!

We have finally managed to get RoyalMail to agree to adding Tracked postage to our business account.

This has made a huge difference too the cost of 'letter sized' postage compared to the 1st class signed we used in the past. If people still want to sign for their packages i can add this as an option, but for now there is Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 options for letters also with a slightly improved weight limit.

Parcels - before we limited royal mail small parcels to 2kg weight, the price hasnt changed dramatically with the Tracked 24/48 options due to the fact we have had to put these now to an allowance of 5kg weight limit, so where as before if you wanted to try our 6 mug promotional offer it would have been courier post, these will now go as a royal mail tracked postage at nearly half the price (could only get 3 mugs in RM small parcel weight limits)

We have been analysing our postage and have forgotten in the past the surcharges that happen going to certain places when we use Courier deliveries. We hope you understand but we will therefore be looking to hide most Courier Options for those outside of Zone1 postal zones (the surcharge is more than we charged for postage) , however we have put in allowances for upto 15kg packages by using multiple Tracked48 5kg packages, We can add in higher allowances in the same way or tracked 24 options as requested/needed

We do have to maintain a quota with Royal Mail to keep all of these options available too us (not quite sure what may happen if we dont meet the requirements, but hopefully the lower postage costs will be useful for those that dont order quite so  much at once)
